Adult Hockey Education Program -- Ever wanted to learn to play ice hockey but the local pickup group seems too fast for you?
Maybe your frozen pond never gets as smooth as you would like? We have the solution!
Twin Valley hockey will be hosting our 3rd annual Adult Hockey Education Program at the KUA ice rink this season.
This program is designed for Never-Ever, Novice and Intermediate players -
we focus on fundamental skills such as modern power-skating techniques, stick handling, passing and shooting.
There will also be an occasional session with a professional power skating instructor from The Skater's Edge.
We will balance skills instruction with team tactics and position play fundamentals
(ever wondered just what a "break-out" is?) we will break it down for you in easy to understand terms.
Each session will also have a scrimmage to allow you to use the skills you learn and to keep it fun!
Flexible payment plans are available and registration includes membership in USA Hockey, the governing body for amatuer ice hockey in the United States.
